Pope urges world to end DR Congo suffering
This was published almost a month ago... And I just read it today. I'm a bit behind.
However, a UN pullout now, would likely create more insecurity, allow for more violence and undermine the upcoming elections... Whenever they will actually take place (we are hearing it's been delayed again, to 2013, per President Kabila)...
